The ghera around the top of the anarkali churidar suit looks beautiful and elegant on all females.

The top of the Anarkali churidar suit is normally highly embellished with traditional hand embroidery of Zari, mirror, Dabka, Gotta-patti, Stone and sequins. The Top is till slightly below the knee and has got a skirt like flair called as Ghera starting from the waist till below the knee.The top of the anarkali churidar suit has a belt shape made of similar hand embroidery starting from the top of the waist just below the bust area.

The fabric used in making of Anarkali  Shalwar Kameez churidar suit varies as it could be Georgette, Chiffon, Crepe, Silk, Chanderi, banarsi and Brocade. Although Brocade, Silk and Chanderi are the most preffered fabric for Anarkali Churidar Suit due to the shine in the cloth. The Anarkali churidar suit top can be worn with Churidar as Lower having body hugging salwar which is tightly gripped to the body like a stocking its comfortable to wear and is and is very narrow around the ankle area. The shape gives it a very feminine look to it. While a Normal Salwar Kameez can be made 3 piece in 6 mtrs. but Anarkali churidar suit can easily take 8mtr, or above depending on the ghera or flair of the Top.
